Specification first
We quote only after the grade and the governing parameters are agreed in writing. If a specification cannot be met consistently, we say so before the order — not after the tanker is loaded.
Quality & documentation
Every consignment is sourced against a confirmed specification, released on a batch test, and shipped with the documents your QC and stores teams need to accept it.
We quote only after the grade and the governing parameters are agreed in writing. If a specification cannot be met consistently, we say so before the order — not after the tanker is loaded.
Material is released against a test on the batch that ships. Third-party analysis at an NABL-accredited laboratory is arranged on request and at contract level.
Each consignment ties back to a named manufacturing source and batch number, so a query six months later can still be traced to the load that caused it.
Document set
The standard set below ships with every despatch. Buyer-specific documents — restricted substance declarations, non-GMO or allergen statements, TDS in a customer format — are prepared on request.

|---|---|---|
| Certificate of Analysis | Tested values for the batch loaded, against the agreed specification | With despatch documents |
| Safety Data Sheet | 16-section GHS format, current revision, in English | At quotation stage |
| Technical Data Sheet | Typical properties, handling, storage and shelf-life guidance | At quotation stage |
| TREM card | Transport emergency information for hazardous consignments | Travels with the vehicle |
| Packing list & invoice | Batch numbers, pack count, net and gross weights | With despatch documents |

Packing & logistics
Hazard class governs the pack. We agree packing at the offer stage so the material can be received, stored and dosed the way your plant is set up for.

Safety & compliance
A large part of what we supply is corrosive, oxidising or flammable. That is normal in this trade, and it is not a reason to be casual about it.
Customers remain responsible for on-site storage, handling and statutory approvals at their own premises. We will supply the information needed to do that properly.
Sourcing desk
Tell us the product and grade and we will send the current safety data sheet and a representative certificate of analysis, before any commercial discussion.
